- Input P1 is programmed to measure frequency in hertz.
- The hertz measurement is retransmitted on the output as 0-50Hz = 4-20mA.
- The P1 input is also scanned by the equation every 5mS. The state of the input (high or low) is stored and compared with the next state scan to determine if the input has changed.
- Changes in input state are used to implement a pulse counter. Accurate pulse counting is achieved for input rates below 60Hz.
- Whenever the counted value reaches 1000 (Con_a) RLY1 is pulsed for 1 second (set using the off delay)New
