UAP1090 - USC Application

Basic Operation

1. A flow transmitter is connected to P1 and is scaled to read in litres per minute (L/min).
2. The output is also scaled to produce 10V when P1 reads 60 L/min.
3. Every 100mS an equation runs to produce a litres counter in M4.
4. If the value in M4 is larger than 3.4E38 then it is reset to zero.
5. If input P2 is pulled high then M4 will also be reset to zero.

 

 

Field BUSS Output

1. The field bus interface has been set to send the flow measurement (P1 L/min) and total flow (M4 Litres) in talk only mode every 5 seconds.
2. The communication parameters are set using the modify wizard.
