APCS Ordering Wizard

  • The APCS Ordering Wizard will create the ordering details and order code of a selected APCS product.
  • The APCS Ordering Wizard will also generate the Australian RRP if a valid password from APCS is entered.
  • The ordering wizard is a windows application and must be installed on you PC before it will operate.

Standard Procedure

Running The Price List Application

The downloadable application to find ordering details and optionally getting prices is named:
APCS Price List 20yy Issue i. The most up to date version can be determined by looking at the download page (also on the left navigation bar). This application includes;

  • Product Text Search
  • Using the Quick Selection Guide
  • APCS Ordering Wizard

Using The Product Text Search

  1. After starting the program select text search.
  2. Enter part number or description.
  3. Select desired product.
  4. Press cancel for order details without prices.

Quick Selection Guide
  1. After starting the program select Quick Selection Guide.
  2. Select required input from the list, your selection will appear in the input box.
  3. Select required function from the list, your selection will appear in the function box.
  4. Select required output from the list, your selection will appear in the output box.
  5. Select desired product.
  6. Press cancel for order details without prices.

Using The APCS Ordering Wizard

  1. This procedure continues from; Using the Quick Selection Guide or Using the Product Text Search.
    Ordering Wizard
  2. The order wizard will start after selecting the required product.
  3. Make required selections on each page and press next.
  4. The number of selection pages depends on the product and previous selections.
  5. Any extra calibration parameters required will be prompted for at the end.
  6. Output from the ordering wizard is added to the text box on the main screen. It can be copied from here to purchase orders or requests for quotes.
