APP0011 - Product Application

Many processes require continuous monitoring of product feed-rate on moving systems for quality control purposes.

Quality monitoring of product feed-rate is achieved using the USC701. Speed (m/s) and weight (kg) sensors are connected to the USC701 which calculates the feed-rate (tonnes/hr) for use in control and monitoring applications.

Weight Tare adjustment is made using a front accessible screw adjustment or the optional Access Module AM702.
