APP0010 - Product Application

Many processes require continuous monitoring of product weight on moving systems for quality control purposes.

Quality monitoring of product weight is achieved using the USC701. Position sensors connected to the USC701 initiate a batch weight process, the product weight is checked against a standard and an alarm raised if product specifications are not met.

Tare adjustment is made using a front screw adjustment or the optional Access Module AM702.
